Launch with the Power of Lean Storytelling - Plan Your Fall Launch in this 6-Week Course / by Marissa Feinberg

Over the past few months, I have been hosting Espresso Mondays, a working group designed to caffeinate your impact and storytelling through the power of marketing, digital, PR & branding. Over the 12 weeks we hosted, I found myself revisiting many of the same principles. This new course is designed to go deeper into these principles and offer a structured program to support people launching a new product, service or campaign this fall!

WEEK 1 - IDENTIFY YOUR WHYS

Articulate your "Why" (values, purpose, cause, belief): your personal Why, your organization's Why, and your community's Why. Craft a story you can fully get behind, integrating these Whys, for your new product, service or campaign.

WEEK 2 - WRITE YOUR "NEW" MESSAGE

Message, using Why, How, What & If, your new product, service or campaignInspire people with "Why," describe your differentiating value proposition with "How," share details with "What," and the transformation that will occur "If" people engage.

WEEK 3 - CREATE YOUR PR PLAN

Share your story and inspire the world. Identify your best PR approach to launch, crafting a story that resonates, inspired with Why. Leave with a PR plan that will make others as motivated about your work as you are.

WEEK 4 - LEARN LEAN MARKETING

Make the biggest impact with the leanest resources. Assess your marketing channels and select your focus. Setup infrastructure to engage audiences with measurement and tracking. Share your story effectively within your resources.

WEEK 5 - GET SOCIAL

Engage and grow your core following and community, focusing on your best channels. Learn the basics of Facebook and Instagram advertising. Build buzz and momentum for your fall campaign that aligns with marketing and growth.

WEEK 6 - INSPIRE ACTION

Ensure the pathway to results is clear and inspiring! Create clear calls to action across your materials, while integrating your Whys. Use this approach throughout your new product, service or campaign touch points. Execute this work across your fall plan for the best results possible.
