PART 1
YOUR PERSONAL WHY
“There’s something that makes him/her tick,” is what we think when interacting with a passionate person. Inspired people attract others to be part of their vision and story. Through guided exercises, learn to articulate your personal Why and stay connected to it, elevating your inspiration during times of crisis.
YOUR BRAND’S WHY
Knowing and articulating your brand’s purpose is critical. Leadership and team members that keep their eyes on the Whys stay inspired and motivated, attracting core communities. Through interactive exercises, learn to be one of the people who can articulate your brand’s Why, a fundamental building block for your brand story.
YOUR AUDIENCE’S WHY
This is the most important Why! How are your audience’s Whys aligned with yours and your mission’s? How can you best connect your story to your audience? We will map our communities and their respective Whys. We will test these Whys between classes, getting outside feedback.
PART 2
TEST + PIVOT YOUR WHYS
Now that you have identified your Whys and audiences, you have developed a test for your narrative. Bring your updated Whys for a final presentation. When you finish articulating and testing your Whys, you have the foundational work for solid storytelling, and a method to pivot in the future.

Do I need prior experience to join the Master Class?
You do not need prior experience. Simply come with an open mind! This class will guide you with tools and resources to articulate your Why.
Should I join the Master Class if I already know my Why?
This is up to you! Some people like to rethink and reconnect with their Why for the New Year. Others appreciate the opportunity to test their audience Why with a group and have peer support.
Is the online Master Class live or pre-recorded?
The online Master Class is pre-recorded, but there will be weekly coaching circles with the teacher, and you will be matched with a partner for weekly sessions.
Will I receive online learning videos in advance of the live Zoom sessions?
When you sign up for the Master Class, you will receive an email with videos and instructions within 24 hours.
